My proxy is D-Lined and blacklisted

Hi, my IP address was D-Lined and blacklisted on EFnet and another server for no reason. Here's what it says:

10080 mins! That's an entire week! And I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to get back on these servers again with this blacklisted proxy! That last server I put there isn't even related to EFnet at all so I don't know how they got me blacklisted there. I don't understand how I got this. I'm using a shared public network and this computer has had some viruses so that might be it.

I managed to get in one EFnet server but all the other servers I go to that don't require me to install identd I've been banned from! Help!

so when you do get on a server, use /stats p to find an oper on the other servers you tried to connect to and ask that the ban be removed since it is no longer blacklisted.
