New oper only server with open O: line connects to EFnet

As of 6:00 PM EDT today, irc.opers.only is being introduced to EFnet. Ever want to have an O:line? Now's your chance! Ever want to be a vanity oper? Go right ahead! Simply /server irc.opers.only and /oper up. The password is lulz.

The admin of this server is Hardy, king of EFnet.
admin, irc.umich.edu
oper, irc.servercentral.net

Hope you are just kidding or it's not linked. :) I wasn't on EFnet much since EFnet/IRCnet split but this is something that I can't imagine. BOFH!
