irc.ptptech.com was down due to CPU failure, now relinked

according to one of the ptptech admins, sliqua, "irc.ptptech.com is currently down due to a CPU failure." He also said that they "will try to find a replacement for it tomorrow".

UPDATE: less than 12 hours after the failure, sliqua traveled to the Ashburn, VA datacenter and swapped the machine out. irc.ptptech.com is back online and linked to EFnet.
