irc.scnet.net rename

To show our ever loving devotion to IRC, we have renamed irc.scnet.net to irc.sucks.net. Same friendly staff, new friendly name.

(note: this is just a temporary change until we upgrade to 2.x, at which point will be changing the name back. though personally, my vote is to get corporate support for something like irc.playboy.com or irc.hooters.com...)

I thought I saw irc.sucks.net mentioned.

That server has been renamed more times than munky changes his underpants! :D
