Which one is the official efnet site?

I just noticed there is efnet.info and efnet.net. Why are they two totally different sites and which one is more official so to speak?

Neither is official. Both are owned and operated by EFnet admins. efnet.org/info was the original information site for EFNet. efnet.net used to be a joke site, but when .org went down for a long time, it turned into an information site. We then came back up after a bit, and it's been that way ever since.
