banned from EFnet?

Hi,

I can not connect to EFnet servers, I get errors.
Can somebody help me investigating the problem?
May I got K-line? If yes, then why?

Error messages:
Closing Link: W33[@255.255.255.255] (Invalid username []) at server irc.isdnet.fr (6668)

Other server says: -irc.avalonworks.ca- *** Banned Invalid username (2004/2/24 20.50)
Closing Link: 127.0.0.1 (*** Banned )

I have good username at ident.

are you sure its not W33[ ?
see what you have for your email.

It's also possible that you have something on your machine that's trying to change your username. First, make sure you have no punctuation in there, then download The Cleaner from http://www.moosoft.com and run it.

for email I did set guest@guest.com

I'm sure I have no trojan in my computer, but I will download The Cleaner & test it.

The Cleaner found 2 "trojans":

Cleared.

But I think, none of them can affect EFnet connectibility.

Now I am able to connect to EFnet servers.
I don't know how, but now it's possible.

Either you changed your username, or a ban on your username was lifted.. one of those two things must have happened.
