efnet.cwpanama.net approved for trial link

efnet.cwpanama.net was approved for a 45 day trial link to the US portion of EFnet. The server is hosted by C&W and is located in Panama City.

The server allows friendly bots and are open for everyone to use. This is currently the only server EFnet has thats located in central-america.
