I would like to join my server to EFNET and I would like to know what are the requirements..

it depends on what region you want to join

of US applications, check out http://efnet.us/new-server-application.shtml#app
for CA applications, check out http://ca-efnet.org/
you'll have to ask an EU admin where to get the latest EU application

I was wondering if anyone knows when a new rp server might be coming out. I know that no one knows the exact date but does anyone have a clue how long it may be? Thanks

New servers are announced when and only if they are approved.
