Web Chat won't login

I get a 900 error, I've tried four different computers (3 pc's and mac) three browsers (2 old versions of IE and latest chrome). I'm travelling and don't have admin rights on my computer an desperately need webchat on eFnet. Can someone help?

I'm just going to the front page, I assume its hitting the irc.efnet.net pool. Is there anyway i could specify a server?

I can't help you if you don't give accurate information. I have no idea what you mean by "webchat." Give full information on just what you are doing.

On the efnet.org page there's a box to login to web chat, it should be a light IRC client I can use without installing a real one on my desktop. Which I can't do because I don't have admin rights on the computers I'm using.
