This is not just for mIRC users, but for all who use SSL. Update your OpenSSL. mIRC supplies an easy-to-install update at http://download.mirc.com/8/openssl-1.0.1g-setup.exe. While if installed to the mIRC default folder, it will apply only to mIRC, but will apply all Windows programs if installed to C:\Windows\system32
