unable to connect to any efnet channel

I I apologize if I am posting this or asking in the wrong place. I looked through many others to find my answer but I don't understand. I have only been on few months and I am lost. I try to log in from my phone but I am unable can't connect. I tried choopa, prison, umich, mzima (typed correctly in address form). and none work. please help me!
