Hi,
Would it be possible to find out which servers have been updated for the new +e +I modes and the 100 ban limit? I know for sure of only a couple but a current list would be great.

MAXLIST would be that max # of +b, +I and +e modes for a channel.

CHANMODES is the list of allowed channel modes, in a comma seperated list based on what type (if any) arguements the mode takes

its not the problem with *!*@*.no.
its these hosts that are the most problems.

*!*@*.vgs.no

those are a few more that i can't remember right now is the real problem.

even tho i am from norway, there are alot of channels that i have sat that ban on.
most of ppl from those hosts are clueless and have no idea how to behave.

but ban on a whole country TLD, that is just stupid......

*@*.fr is by far the worst. SO many insecure machines on that ISP and the ISP does absolutly jack about it. I run four other small nets and chat on EF and on those small nets ive had to ban the whole (for example) noos.fr ISP. Thousands, and i do mean thousands of GT bots just join and idle, killing bandwidth.

this is very comforting for me to know since wanadoo just basically bought the internet business in jordan
