someone from my friends just told me that he got one and waiting for another one right now..
i'm wow.. i guess there is a free lunch after all..
its not really free free, you need to sign up and complete one of their offers, which i did, i sign up for blockbuster ( dinner and the show ) and uppon 30 days i have a right to cancel it without being charged.. and yet be elegible for freeipod, and after that 5 people should use my referal link and then they'll send me my freeipod

you have to sign up for like 5/8 "free" deals, which include columbia house memberships, aol, etc. then you have to get 5 people to sign up to at least one "free" deal, then you'll get your I'm a spammer!.
1 friend of mine tried it. he got charged for a "free" video which he never recieved, charged by aol for a subscription he canceled after 2 hours, etc.
he ended up having to dispute 3 charges on his credit card, and he still didn't get an I'm a spammer!, because he didn't get 5 friends to sign up for other deals.
personally, if a friend of mine asked me to go to freeipods.com i would smack him and tell him to go F himself.
