Personally, I've had nothing but trouble with this one for the past year (used to take a couple hours to scan my system and, until being deleted, took over 23 hours).

I now recommend The Cleaner from http://www.moosoft.com and SpyBots-Search&Destroy from http://www.safer-networking.org/en/home/index.html for spyware/scumware.
