hybrid 6.4.1 remote kline/unkline patch

has anyone seen a hybrid 6.4.1 remote kline/unkline patch?

I looked through the ~200 patches in my archive, and see nothing that allows users on a h6.x server to set or accept the current standard of remote KLINE's. All I have is a patch for 6.3.1 to pass KLINE/UNKLINE between servers (and that is now part of 6.4 and higher)

well atm i am recruiting trying to get a friend of mine to create a patch for it. he said he'll take a look. when its done i'll probably post it here if he doesnt mind.

one of the things i wanna do is try to understand how hybrid 7 does remote klines, but i see that m_kline.c has dissapeared. what source file for handling klines is used for the hybrid 7?

modules/m_kline.c in both 7.0 and 7.1(CURRENT).
