irc.vrfx.com delinks

Postby Hardy » Wed Jul 23, 2003 8:20 am

irc.vrfx.com`s admin Phillip White have decideded to pull the plug on his server. There has been given no official statement on why this is done, but it might have something to do with several recent events.

The server was initially linked on on 9 Apr 2002.

Farewell VRFX :( It really sucks to see so many servers delink within such a short period of time. Can't the damn kiddies find something else to get off to?

Argh! Noooo! Oh well. Some of us were using "Webmaster/VrFX's own server uses Hybrid too" as a leverage to get some folks to change from their current IRCD to Hybrid.

Another set back in the Hybrid movement. Not to mention loss of a very reliable stable server.
