EFnet Admins approve OPME chanfix module

Opless channels just got easier to fix thanks to a chanfix module. OPME was approved by a landslide this morning and became EFnet policy. It provides tools for admins to reop channels which are without chanfix scores or chanops. Users whom require assistance may use the command /stats p to find a local IRCop or Admin.

Interesting, I never thought we'd see this kind of thing on EFnet, and here it is.

I guess it saves mass kills to regain ops, as it says in the proposal.

This module has not been enabled, but has been approved and is coming very soon.
