irc.Prison.NET down during relocation

irc.Prison.NET is currently down pending a relocation vote for it to change from Abovenet to United Layer.

The DNS is currently pointed towards irc.vel.net to ensure clients get on EFnet during the move. The vote ends 2. May and the server will hopefully return then.
