Cant connect to Efnet's any server!

I actually connect until I reach the point when I get the message "Dazzle sets mode: +iph «« +iph »»" or sometimes I make it to the next which says that it has found my host. I have the same problem with Rizon. Yesterday I had no problems connecting to either one. I haven't changed any setting since yesterday but something happened and now I cant connect at all. If anyone can help please reply, thanx. It is not my script. It will be really helpful if you tell me what exactly Mirc does right before finding the host and right after that. Thanx again!
