G-Line help?

Hiya,

Found myself glined with the following message when trying to access any efnet server:

Banned flooding (2012/11/24 13.07)

I think it may have been a mistake as I wasn't flooding or at least not intentionally (do not have a virus, do not see any abnormal traffic thru my router, etc). Long time user of efnet, and have never had any problems!
