Retrieving password survey

Hello,

I recently downloaded the game stalker through a nzb file created by the user teevee (info@efnet.org (teevee)).
Although the download was succesfull i cannot unpack the download because of the password protection on the archive.
I followed the link to retrieve the password, but i cannot complete the survey because i'm not an UK resident. I'm actually dutch, so i'm pretty stuck right now.

I hope there is some kind of alternative way to retrieve the archive its password.

A /whois doesn't produce (info@efnet.org (teevee)), but it does produce:

If this is who you got that file from, you might count your lucky stars that it didn't open. I can't tell for sure, but in general, you should never accept files or candy from strangers.
