requesting files possibly archives on #xtv bots?

hi, upon doing an @find for something on #xtv and not getting any results, there is a message saying "If your results still do not show, put a request on our forum, many of our servers archive shows that aren't download much.". So where would be the appropriate place to do that?

I missed an episode of a certain series and would like to see that before the next one airs... I know it was on [xtv]Jeri, but that has disappeared from #xtv

Any suggestions?
