Banned on irc.efnet.net

Hi,
please anybody could help me ?
I'm banned.
My IP is 81.208.83.222. I share this ip with a lot user. It'is fastweb an Italian provider. A very big ethernet with a lot gateway faced to web.

irc.efnet.net is a roundrobin that includes a lot of servers. try specific servers listed on http://www.efnet.org/?module=servers

Same problem here. Fastweb is an italian provider behind NAT, so we all share same ip over the net, and we keep getting banned by your servers every few days, and we need at least 3 or 4 days before the ban can be removed. Right now I am k-lined from every server in the server list.
I think this situation is at least embarassing. Is it possible that admin can't do anything about this? None of the other irc network gives fastweb users this problem.

if you can't get your ISP to run a secure network, you could always purchase a bouncer or switch ISPs
