okay i got static ip and my isp is ttnet= Turktelekom everything was fine i joined efnet without any problem.
2 days ago my isp disconnected my adsl and i have a new static ip now and the thing is when i try to join efnet now i get your d-lined. Please i wanna meet my friends on efnet. why it worked with same provider before and now my provider is banned ?? i didnt do anything against the rules. please i need a unban !! at least unban just my ip if thers abuse from that isp be sure its not me
