unknown banning

Help with EFnet related issues

unknown banning

hi bob here, i usualy use a room on irc.prison.net but today a few seconds after joining i got booted from the room not by the op and i seem to now be banned from efnet.

can i get a reason why? please

You can run /mode #channel +b to see what nick has set the mode +b on you and the time.

Messaging that person is really your best bet of finding out the why.

This could have happened to others, so I don't think the posts would be deleted as that would only make for more questions. :-)
