Can somebody help me and tell me how to create my own irc channel on efnet.

I suggest /join #yourchannel. If #yourchannel (or whatever channel name you like) is available, you'll get ops and it'll be yours. Keep in mind that there are no services on EFNet (except Chanfix) so you need trusted friends or friendly bots* to run the channel with you.

* some servers do not allow bots and some others do allow them when they're kind, check their MOTD.
