Unable to resove server issue

Hi There

Am new here . I am trying to access the efnet to download some TV shows. Problem is I cant even log onto the server/channel as I get an "unable to resolve server" message. Not sure if I have used efnet before but havent had this problem before.

Hoping someone may be able to assist.

Forgot to mention that i Use Mirc to join channels

I noticed I could join the channel #xtv from this website, but not sure If I use the same commands like packets codes like Eg: /msg [XTV]Faz XDCC SEND #90. And know I have to use /ctcp inatead of /msg.
