"blacklisted" IP....

im new to irc, and i'd like to get on efnet, but every time i try to join my IP it says my IP was blacklisted... how do i go about getting this removed, because i have to have this ip, as i am running numerous servers from my house

Which Blacklist?

Were you detected for an open proxy? Were you told of a site to check for more information?

you need to visit http://cbl.abuseat.org/lookup.cgi?ip=72.74.231.236 and request delisting. CBL can get a bit strict if you get relisted multiple times, so be sure you are not infected with a virus spewing emails before requesting delisting.
