How do i keep my channel

After i log out, it goes away, and if another person trys to log into it, it remakes it, and they are admin of it... plz help

The easiest way is to get a "unix shell account" and run an "eggdrop bot" on your shell account.

A simple google search can help you find more info on getting started with either one of these.
