i understand nothing

i just go the the "removal system" & i had only 3 choices of email adress to send a removal request

i chose "postmaster@proxad.net" (it seems the only thing which is working) but it explained than i must answer to the email sent.

i can't ! proxad.net is probably the adress of my provider.

this system is totally stupid. i didn't even choose a personal email adress in order to confirm i'm an internet user & NOT a Autospam system.

how can i do ?

Make sure your system is clear of all viruses or trojans first. Try The Cleaner from Moosoft: http://www.moosoft.com/products/cleaner/download/

Then visit this URL: http://dsbl.org/removal?ip=82.224.38.79

If you have trouble getting your IP delisted, ask your internet provider for assitance. There is nothing else we can help you with.
