Banned Cached

I have been having this problem for a while now, but just now got some time to deal with it, every time i try to sign on to efnet.vuurwerk.nl, i get this error. *** Closing Link: 127.0.0.1 (*** Banned (cached)). Any one have any idea what it is, and how to fix it? Thanks

Riedel, prysm and Garion
irc.efnet.nl Server Administrators
<admin@efnet.nl>

try emailing them, or contacting them on IRC if you can use other irc servers to get on EFNet.
Make sure you give them your IP address.
