Threats via irc from a chat.efnet.info user...

Not sure where to go for this, but..

Someone from a chat.efnet.info address (webchat) started threatening both myself and a friend tonight; an hour later a SWAT team showed up at my friend's house saying someone called in a murder, and 30 minuets after that someone cut the phone lines coming into my apartment (no dialtone, found the snipped wires outside and saw someone in the shadows of a building watching me when I reconnected them). After I got back on they started harassing me again, then someone broke the windows of my car as well. (this from someone I've never even heard of...)

Who do I need to contact to find out what IP the connection came from? This came from c8ceb945@chat.efnet.info at about 03:26 -0600 GMT 03/19/2004.

beyond that, call your local police, and/or the fbi.

crud.. so it was probably spoofed or routed through someone's proxy :/

Did the swat team , like, come crashing down from every possible angle of your house? Crashing through the windows/doors ?

Anyways, hopefully that shit doesn't continue. Would freak the fuck out of me.
