cannot join channel (+b)

Currently my company uses IRC chat for group chatting EFNet servers. Lately we have been having some issues with connectivity where some guys haven't been able to connect. A number of us have been getting this "cannot join channel (+b)", not sure why given that we maintain OP in the room. How do we go about fixing this? Thanks

Which channel is this? Which server are you using? Normally, the +b channel mode means a ban.

its the Chicago server, seems to be all efnet servers and the channel is #brightside

It would appear that the ban is for everybody: #brightside *!*@* set by KenBdrm!~KenBed@c-76-101-202-23.hsd1.fl.comcast.net (Thu Feb 07 00:30:26)

How would I go about removing that ban, that OP didn't know what he was doing

That's pretty obvious. Well, if you can wake up the only op there, he is the only one who can remove that ban. I left him a privmsg, but he has not yet responded.

It appears the bans have been removed and you can now join #brightside

Im sorry I hate being a pain but is there a easy way to unban someone or work around for others? Im not seeing it in the link you provided.
