I've had this problem before. If you use a dynamic IP it's the type of thing you're likely to get subjected to. In my case, someone had previously been using the IP I was using and they had an open proxy. I had to wait until my IP changed before I could use the server I wanted to. :)

I always understood this one to be a mistake on TrendMicro's part... I heard it was detecting legit mIRC files as infected. Has anyone actually discovered this without Trend's products? If so, contact me online in #dmsetup or something, I'd be very interested to hear.

The reason behind efnet.cwpananam.net's delink was not entirely due to DDoS attacks, however it was a great contributer and it was causing disturbace to the ISP. There is talk of a new Cable and Wireless server in the future and I very much hope that everything goes well for NiKoLaS in the future!
