As far as I am aware, all the stats code for the efnet.org site is private. However, it's not hard to code your own bot to track the same information. Check out something like this..
POE::Component::IRC

You could write your own bot in minutes using that.

If the source was made public, than that would give spammers the opportunity to figure out how to circumvent it. so, short answer: no long answer: hell no. sorry, but efnet runs several non-opensource service type bots that are customized for the network, most opers and admins will never see the cod...
