Does EFnet have a RFC that gets updated after server votes? If so, I'd like to see it. Like the RFC for all communication between client and server and servers.

Now-a-days, it seems that everytime i check to see what's the news on efnet.org, there's another server leaving. To me, it looks like its happening nearly every week; and most of them state that it's because they do not like the direction EFNet is heading. Are there any other issues to the servers ...

I'll be banning .fr.. Specifically wanadoo or whatever that is.. wanadoo is always in my server logs with sometype of hack attempt..

For me its Servercentral, no question about it... And I'm in canada.... For some reason I have better connections there then to .ca servers...
